The Literacy Council office will be closed for the holiday break from 4:00 p.m. December 22, through Monday, January 1, and will reopen on Tuesday, January 2 at 9:00 a.m.

Two days of in-person training by our experienced tutor trainers will prepare you to tutor an adult who needs to learn English or a native English speaker who needs to improve their reading skills. Both days are required for certification. Attendance at one Tutor Information Session prior to the training is also required.
