These are just some ideas for writing, but anything you want to write we would want to read. Ask your tutors for editing help. Or you can come into the office during our open workshop period on Friday. If you don’t have a tutor contact Catherine Coundjeris with your story anyway. We will be able to edit it with you. She will be setting up two workshops online during the evening in the spring.
Also write an introduction in the first person sharing about yourself: your interests, your goals, and your experience with the Literacy Council.
Please include a jpg file photo of yourself or another photo illustrating your story. Please make sure that the photo is very clear so that it prints well. If you have any artwork please send it in.
We look forward to reading your work. We are very excited about seeing your words in print. We will also help to edit the final product for clarity while keeping most of your own words and tone.
Please submit to Catherine Coundjeris at ccoundjeris@frederickliteracy.org Thank you!
