DESCRIPTION:We are excited to be back in person again as we recognize the accomplishments of our students at our 8th Annual Celebration of Achievements.  We will also announce the recipients of this year’s Literacy Council’s Business & Industry Partner in Literacy Award.  \nThis special ceremony will recognize our adult learners who completed classes or accomplished a milestone achievement through their hard work in our programs during the past year.  We are so pleased to honor their hard work and share a special evening together with our community.  \nWe thank our more than 140 volunteers who contributed their time this past year to support our students’ many successes! \nThe event will be held on Thursday\, November 3\, 2022 at 6:30 in the evening at The Delaplaine Arts Center\, 40 South Carroll Street\, Frederick\, Maryland.  Refreshments and beverages will be served. \nDirections and Parking:  :  http://delaplaine.org/visit/driving-directions-parking/ \nNeed more information?  Contact Laurie Fisher at lauriefisher@frederickliteracy.org or or (301) 600-2066. \nPlease register by Friday\, October 28\, 2022 through the Eventbrite invitation sent by email.
