DESCRIPTION:The Literacy Council offers small group classes to help adults learn to read\, write and speak English. We have conversation classes at beginning and more advanced levels\, pronunciation\, beginning literacy and conversation\, writing\, civics\, and beginning reading and phonics. \nCurrently\, we are offering a limited number of virtual classes on Zoom. \nIf you are interested in registering for classes\, contact the Literacy Council at (301) 600-2066 or email staff@frederickliteracy.org \nYou can see descriptions of the classes along with the current class schedule by going to this page.  The times and days of the classes vary\, and the class schedule will give you the specific dates and times of each.
