The Executive Board has general direction over the affairs of the Council and is responsible for carrying out its policies. The Board ensures that the Council's mission is carried out to its fullest extent.

Directors must be nominated and elected.

Requirements include:

• – be able to attend at least 5 meetings and one annual meeting each year
• – be willing to work on committees and/or special projects
